employee at the check in desk lied about room availability when he was asked to make a room change for me. He said nothing was available and he could not provide any options. Within 30minutes I witnessed him make a room change for the exact room I had requested. I knew the individual he gave the room change to. The employee just didn't want to be bothered or provide service to this hotel guest. It would have required a little extra work on his part. As a result, I won't stay there ever again. My assigned room was next to the hotel's only guest toilet room, the only ice machine and laundry service room, swimming pool and guest washer/dryer room. Lovely. Room 117 shouldn't be rented to anyone.

I was not happy with my stay here. I had a simple request when I booked, which was not addressed. When I questioned it, the clerk told me they don't look at special requests until check in. Ridiculous! With my insistence, he did make a small concession to accomodate me. My room and bed was ok, but felt like moisture in the air, possibly from the A/C. Carpet felt damp. I will not book here again.

We had a trailer we were pulling and they wouldn’t let us park there, even though there was plenty of room. Not very friendly staff.

This is a fine place. It took us a while to figure out how to get to restaurants, etc., but it is actually very conveniently located. It is well run.

I was excited to stay at this location based on the reviews,but was very disappointed. The staff were not friendly. The elevator was old and scary. The room needed a lot of repairs from broken tiles on the floor to broken door latch.

Hate Seeing Pets Checking-In
The location of La Quinta Inn & Suites is great. The breakfast was good and l liked how they cooked their scrambled eggs, not watery. And hard boiled eggs are also available just in case you don’t prefer scrambled eggs. However. It seems like they have not vacuumed their carpet on the hallway and in the room. It smells. And how l wish, the motels would not accept pets for sanitary purposes and how l wish the guests who bring their pets with them in their travel would be considerate enough to understand that.

No Parking. Construction site next door. Contractors had dump trucks, boom trucks taking up 2 parking spots each. I could not park, Was told to park at Walmart across the street and walk.
