I wasn’t able to get into my room until 6pm because the rooms weren’t “available” yet. I called for three days in a row to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a manager and was told she’d call me back. She never called back. Never again.
暖气无法调节有点遗憾,但浴缸很棒。
这家酒店有点老旧了,前台服务员也不太友善。床对我来说不太舒服,有点硬。不过对其他人来说可能没问题。

我预订的是大床房,但办理入住时却被告知所有大床房都已售罄。他给我安排了一间双床房,并告诉我另一个选择是取消预订。基本上就是要么接受要么放弃。因为我住在离克利夫兰四个多小时车程的地方,所以我接受了这间房。第二个问题是酒店所有的电梯都坏了。他把我安排在了四楼。我不得不拎着行李,走消防楼梯上去。这可不是什么好事。Trip.com联系了酒店经理,酒店同意补偿我房间降级的损失。我很感谢Trip.com帮我解决了这次预订的问题。
