We had prepaid for a room to stay at on our trek across the states, and when our trip was delayed by a day due to the moving company arriving late, this business REFUSED to give us a refund. Even tho the reservation said free cancellations... Had we known that our funds wouldn't have been returned if there was an issue, we wouldn't have stayed there, let alone prepay. Horrid customer service...when I called, they said that they would call me back, and never did. Just ignored us, and refused to refund.

Have stayed several times over the years, from last time to this stay many changes made.
Lighting updates really made a difference, new window blinds, are wonderful.
Will stay there again.

Very noisey. Could hear everything from yhe room above. No blackout curtains in a street-facing room.

Rooms are not very "warm and welcoming". Tile floors, no pics on the walls. Ok for a quick nights stay. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the automatic pancake machind was impressive. Made perfect pancakes!

Excellent place to stay
Check in was super smooth and the guy working behind the desk (don’t remember his name) was very nice. Well lit parking lot, felt safe, even at 11 pm. Convenient access off IH-35. Bed was really comfortable, A/C worked AMAZINGLY, and water pressure was decent in the shower. Comfortable recliner in room. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is older. Nothing fancy. It was very clean , the bed was super comfortable. Perfect for a good nights sleep.

Might be the cleanest and best maintained Super 8 I've ever stayed at. Only complaint is the water pressure. Barely enough to make the shower run.
