Super convenient location. Right next to grocery, restaurants and gas. Costco and WinCo right around the corner. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Easy freeway access. Good value

Our room..207 had a broken chain for locking the door. I let the check in desk know. Was told that the mainenance person wouldn’t be back until Monday. I’m tried to use the broken chain the best I could. However the door frame was not attached to the wall so it didnot do anygood. On Saturday morning I let the morning crew know. Was told the he has his maintenance person coming into and would let him know. Again nothing was done. When I went to bed on Sunday night I locked the door and put the desk chair in fro t of the door. What a shame to have to use a chair to feel some what safe . Nothing was done to fix a situation where kids in the room could get out. When I checked out on Monday morning. I again let the front desk know the issues with this room.

Disgusting room. Spider Webbs everywhere. TV didn’t work. RUDE STAFF. No towels.

I am allergic to dogs and I asked at the desk when I checked in if there were pets
She said yes. I said ok, can you give me a room not next to a pet and she said it was impossible to know what room the pets were in. Thats unacceptable

Everything was wonderful! Only thing the tv kept glitching but it didn't make or break us staying! Very nice service, fun pool and the location is right next to shopping and food.

Kitchen is not set up. Only had worn out pot and pans. No dishware no cooking utensils no silverware nothing but 2 papercups ment foe coffee maker.

Rooms not clean, carpets are filthy, white socks on the carpet turns black, hinges broken on bathroom door, maintenance on this property is very poor. Housekeepers and front desk check-inn were very helpful and courteous.
