This is an older property but the rooms seem reasonably up to date given that the floor is warped. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was clean and our pets were welcome so that was a huge plus.

The ice maker and the gym were both out of order. Breakfast was sparce and actually ran out of what little food was available. Found the 2% milk eventually, tucked behind the waffle mix and half and half. No whole milk and no healthy options. Apples looked old and there wasn't so much as a banana or an orange. Would have loved some peanut butter for toast or waffles. There was cream cheese but no bagels. Carpets were worn throughout and the pool looked like crap even though it was closed. The area outside by the back entrance is dirty, dark, and narrow. Doesn't seem safe, particularly with the weekly rental motel next door.

Maid attempts to enter room with privacy notice on door when desk attendants told no housekeeping. No print out available stating management can come into room. Manager Patel hot headed and rude. Dinghy and stained sheets on bed.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were dirty. Blood on the sheets and pillow cases in our first room and it smelled terrible.

Had to request towels as there were none in either room

Tired hotel, but trying its best.

Mold in the bathroom sink, room recently painted and new laminate flooring. Paint was on uncleaned wood with stains bleeding through, flooring was applied on an uneven surface and is spongy. Front desk young lady was awesome, friendly and helpful.

My room was very dirty and a roach ran from under the minis fridge cabinet. The front desk receptionist did give me another room but it was still not clean, but better than the first one. The first room had mold and mildew on the baseboard and walls. I was just disgusted with the place. The toilet on the inside had poop stains where it was not properly cleaned. I could go on about it but I was very unhappy.

Bathtub was dirty and I it before using. Continental breakfast was very slack. Only enough waffle batter for 1 1/2 waffles. Had to ask for milk and the sausage was unbeatable.

Short overnight business trip

Staff were friendly and courteous. Locally knowledgeable and recommended a couple good restaurants in town. Room was typical of Red Roof - clean and neat but somewhat dated. This particular Red Roof appeared to be updating other areas of the hotel.

Room was supposed to be booked for 5 nights, they only booked 4 nights so when we came back to hotel on last night room key wouldn’t work. Had to go to front desk and straighten it out. Luckily our stuff was still in our room and they didn’t give it to someone else. Either way our room never got serviced and cleaned not once the whole time we were there. Had to go to front desk on night 4 and get more towels and toilet paper even after we were told twice our room would be serviced.
