20 dollars per pet per night is a terrible fee charge, bug on bed, bugs in fridge, floor needed repair. tub was painted, low power shower head, poor internet, minimum tv channels, no electrical outlet at desk for laptop, breakfast included is a joke, people hanging out late in the parking lot

The hotel smelled really bad was old with dingy towels and a mildew shower curtain. Also there was a live water bug in the sink area. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Room was ok. I would not shower there and tub and toilet had a ring. Staff was very friendly though and the bed was good.

Reviews are usually not something I do, but we were in a pinch and had to stay at this hotel despite the low ratings. The housekeeping staff did little house keeping. We found mutliple large dead bugs in the room. I guess dead is better than alive, but they were out in the open as though the room hadn't been cleaned. There was residue on all the handles, the toilet had a ring in it from not being clean, the shower and shower curtain were brown from not being scrubbed or ever washing the curtain, ice tray and bucket looked used and never cleaned, pillow case was dirty and there were two different pillows on the bed, the bed was made with the sheet on the outside and comforter on the inside, the lock on the door was damaged and inside the lock exposed. The door did seem to lock though despite the obvious damage. I haven't felt this uncomfortable in a hotel in a long time. This was my first time there and my last. The price point made the experience of everything I mentioned, even worse. It's not worth more than $50 a night. And that's just because it had functioning lights, water and a lock.

I can not stress enough to not stay here.
We had to book a last second trip due to a death in the family. Upon check in our rooms were disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling, dust covering appliances, spiders in the corners and strong chemical smells. Blood in blankets, furniture ripped, We ended up leaving due to my child’s health.

Couldn’t stay the night!
This motel was dirty and falling apart. The pool was empty and the paint coming off of the whole place. The sanitation rating was
86 so I left even though they wouldn’t refund me.

I really hate to post this as the leadership at the front desk was more than gracious. I count myself as fault not trusting the other reviews. If you are a contract worker and need a place to lay your head, the bed was clean. The bathroom had toothpaste on the sink and mirror from last renter. A hair pin and penny behind the toilet I saw immediately. The room next door, I saw 7 guys go in to share the suite. I'm thankful my son was with me or I would've been more cautious than I was. The front desk did tell me, what ever you need I'll fix, unfortunately because of my choice that wasn't possible.

I never checked in, upon arrival of location which there was a-lot of unpleasant activity and ******* on the premises. I’m Law Enforcement and can not be around such things. A Request of cancellation immediately, awaiting my authorization hold to be lifted without charging.
