The hotel itself seemed to be rundown or under renovation, -the elevator even broke down on my husband and MiL, and the pool, which was a major feature we booked for, was VERY disappointing! It was too ice cold to swim, and the ‘hot tub’ was lukewarm at best with a horrible smell. Also, the cleanliness of the area was very poor. There were no clean towels, and someone had even left old fries on the deck that weren’t cleaned up!
However the room itself was very nice and clean, and the breakfast service was delicious!

The hotel is under renovation and hopefully will be very nice soon but maybe isn’t ready to be open yet. 1) our TV didn’t work (not the end of the world but it would have been nice to watch rivalry weekend after putting the kid down) - they offered to move us but we’d already set up the crib and it was too much for just the TV. 2) they ignored our do not disturb sign 3) the bathroom I laid out with the door blocking one end and the toilet the other 4) with the renovation they should have improved the windows - you can hear the cars on the street.
5) the back door didn’t lock so anyone could have entered the building

Room was excellent. Breakfast was good. Morning staff member at desk was bilingual and could communicate with everyone. Hotel was going through modern renovations.

The breakfast was good. The smell was very strong of glue and renovating smells. Both stairwells were closed due to renovation. This is a safety issue.

酒店就在主干道旁边，房间干净，比预想的要大很多。早餐很好吃。我们入住期间好像正在施工。
我和坐轮椅的妹妹一起旅行，预订了一间配备双人床的无障碍客房，房间号称有“无障碍淋浴间”。结果并非如此。淋浴间是步入式的，配有全玻璃推拉门，入口处还有两英寸高的挡水条——这根本不是无障碍淋浴间。马桶旁的扶手也短了大约一英尺。床太高了，房间又小，她几乎无法转动轮椅。经过八小时的旅程，我们非常失望。
前台很奇怪，只有两张桌子，上面用订书钉钉了一块桌布，看起来更像是招聘会的告示牌。酒店似乎在装修，房间不错，但不是很干净，床单上有污渍，浴室地板也明显很脏。
房间很舒服，尽管枕头很硬。早餐区和大堂需要修缮。下雨的时候，外面和整个镇上的气味都很难闻。令人作呕。
整栋房子都在装修。房间破破烂烂的……空调是25年前的老式壁挂机，噪音像飞机引擎一样。简直糟透了。
