There was a sewage problem (I think at the carwash that is adjacent). The entire hotel smelled like sewage. We hoped the room would be better, but it wasn't. We couldn't stay there, and the front desk was unable to refund our stay - they were polite, but just not helpful. We left and traveled north a few miles to another place. Still working on a refund.

The breakfast was good, the waffle maker was a hit with my 10yo, kitchen staff was very nice.
Would book again for our next trip to escondido.

We see the go the extra mile for their customers. They are helpful, rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast, clean pool. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

Great location right off the freeway with plenty of places to eat near by..staff was very friendly and helpful and room service was on point

我是根据*******评分预订的这家酒店，真不知道它是怎么获得这个评分的。房间很脏，浴室里有蚂蚁，台面都快从墙上掉下来了，墙纸也剥落了，电梯（就在房间另一边）整晚都发出很大的噪音。经理不仅拒绝给我们换房间，还拒绝退款。这是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。
前台工作人员非常友善，提供的客户服务也足以代表公司形象。
然而，这家公司真的需要加大对酒店的投入。就连入口处的家具都显得破旧不堪。电梯形状奇特，空间狭小，里面还贴着“小心地滑”的警示牌，本身就很占地方。不过，最让我们印象深刻的是酒店的卫生状况。入住时，我们在电梯地板上看到一块西瓜，退房时（两天后！）又看到了同样的一块，周围还散落着水果。地板上还有一颗螺丝钉，以及到处都是的涂鸦。房间本身倒不算太糟糕，但床边的墙纸上有可疑的污渍，浴室的油漆也剥落了，其中一条毛巾上似乎沾有唇线笔的痕迹。早餐还算可以，但房间很小，而且很热。第二天吃早餐时，我们还在天花板上看到了虫子。另外需要注意的是，如果您打算带孩子来这里，外面有很多流浪汉。总而言之，我们不会再来了，也不明白那些好评是从哪里来的。
糟糕的入住体验和粗鲁的管理
我对酒店的空调非常失望，空调坏了，维修人员修不好，还说没有其他房间了，让我们开着门睡觉。因为太热，我们只能开着门，结果我女儿被蚊子咬了。我把这些以及其他很多问题都跟经理说了，但他似乎毫不在意，跟我说话的口气好像我以前从来没在加州住过酒店似的。
水渍和霉菌
房间明显有水渍，而且有霉味。房间里有明显的修补痕迹，但修补得并不合格。真后悔当时没拍照，这样就能拍到墙壁和天花板上的水渍了。阳台看起来不稳，而且向下倾斜。
