The room wasn't to bad, their was an odd stain in a chair in the room, pillows wereca little flat but worked for the one night, pull out bed was odd but haven't found a great one yet.
Breakfast items were very limited and they had run out of milk for cereal.

Yes, the checkin was easy, the room was clean. The place was more like a resort then a motel. We were very pleased.

Using ******* Mobile app, I booked what I thought was a noon-smoking room. Before I went in, the clerk came out to tell me I had to park behind a fence for trailers. (I have a small cargo trailer which I had unhooked and parked in a parking space. There was plenty of spaces and my truck and trailer each had one.) This was 50m away, and I have an injured knee, so I asked to stay there. Then, when I opened the room door, I immediately shut it without entering because it was a smoking room. I asked to change. The front desk clerk was rude and refused to change my room (even though there were plenty of rooms available.) After contacting ******* who contacted the motel, I was allowed to “upgrade” costing an additional $12. I will NEVER stay here again and I hope no one else does. I travel all over the country and this was a worst experience.

酒店回复: We apologize that you reserved a smoking room. However, the upgrade fee is charged to anyone who needs to make changes to their PRE-PAID reservations(with few exceptions to this policy). Our front desk personnel never refuse moving guests. There may be upgrade charges dependent on the circumstance. The parking situation is always a delicate one since we do not have a large parking lot. The truck and trailer parking is provided for any vehicle that cannot fit in a single, standard parking spot. We are here for all of our guests and everyone gets equal treatment. We often have more than one guest.

酒店回复: We do have a truck and trailer parking for large vehicles. This is so that we have sufficient parking for standard size vehicles. Our truck parking is well lighted and we have cameras.

There was not any protein at breakfast. The waffles were good. There was a strong odor in our room. The commode ran off and on. The ceiling fan light was possessed came on and off all times day or night. Pool nice.

Don’t stay here
Roger the employee was so kind, but it was the only thing good about this Hotel. Immediately walking in the hallway it smelled like ****, and our non smoking room still smelled like smoke. 4 big patches of hair on the floor and 2 roaches in the tub. Breakfast was horrible. Juice machine didn’t work, coffee tasted burnt and only food wS cereal and prepackaged muffins. Awful experience. We left as soon as we could.

I would never stay there again first off the door had two people went on top one on bottom. The bottom people was broke had to shove toilet paper in it cause you could see straight in the door would not close or lock. I had to prop it with a chair. Refrigerator was broke. Something was hanging over the TV. There is huge lumps in the carpet. I left at 4 AM because I was so very uncomfortable being there. I’d rather be on the highway driving then in that motel.

If in the above comments you mean to say "peepholes" instead of "people", that is because you reserved a handicapped accessible room. The bottom "peephole" is for guests who are in wheelchairs. If it was broken, we should have been made aware so it could be resolved. All of our doors close and lock. The refrigerator was unplugged not broken. We apologize that you did not allow us to take care of you.
