Terrible stay. When we arrived, the room smelled stale and we found a big black spider in the tum. Multiple ants crawling on the bathroom floor. Gave us one coffee pod for two people. When I asked for more coffee, gave me a pack of ground coffee. No way to brew that so we were out of luck. Missed the free breakfast because that’s offered only between 8 and 9, apparently. No one bothered to tell us that when we checked in. Still has Red Roof Inn branding everywhere. Quite a mess of a motel.

I stopped in for a few days with family. This place is run by people with no morals or values. You see the photos and think this is a great place. You come here and your heart will sink at the broken equipment, late scarce breakfast and the awful attitude. I left at 8 for work. Breakfast starts at ..whenever the extremely unprofessional and dishonest people feel like it. The foreign woman is very dishonest. She provides cups with no lids. Try carrying milk back to the second floor. No coffee for you to make in the room, None in the lobby. The heavy set dark man from some foreign country wears hoodies and glasses, for most part is rude and mean. The foreign staff will pretend that you have no rights. There are no signs other than the ones that say that the coffee machine is our of order. Same goes for the juice machine. The woman has a heavy accent and speaks such horrible English that it took ten minutes to get Non existent breakfast. No guest laundry. No eggs or waffles like the typical Baymont Inn offering. No one can be held responsible because they don't speak English or even have name tags. No one knows what business is running the hotel. They are supposed to put up the name of the owners. The dark man shouts at the guests when he wants to bully and harass. If you stay here, some feel that you are somehow stuck and that they can raise their voice, not respond or be dismissive.
