I like the fact that i was allowed to see my room before accepting it because I would have missed the dirty sheets and smelly pillowcases on the bed also i was happy to have a housekeeper who was very helpful and attentive to my needs changed the sheets with no problem at all.

Beware of roaches. Checked in and out within 5 hours (after a short excursion to the corner store) to roaches in the fridge, on our food and crawling from behind the headboard as we watched tv. The front staff was nice and helped us as much as they could, the manager has avoided us since. We got the deposit back but were told we only might get a partial refund.

There was so many outdated furniture in the room. There were stains on the toilets, counters, a hanging outlet, and a roach!

No frills, comfy bed, dirty floor, okay price
No frills accommodations. The full kitchen was useful and the bed was comfortable but two of the three lamps did not have working bulbs and the carpet was filthy, blackening the soles of my feet after mere moments walking on it. The hotel does not offer food or beverage amenities, not even a place to get a hot cup of coffee or water to make tea. It was very quiet and the view of the green woods in the back was a nice surprise.

The property needs updating in general, especially the furniture. I checked in and immediately checked out after I looked behind the refrigerator and saw live roaches.
