This property was very clean look like it was newly built. The lobby was decorated and very cute. Also had an amazing smell fresh and clean with a nice scent. My room is very comfortable. Beds were soft. Pills were nice. Everything was clean and new great place to stay.

Everything was clean and the amenities were good except that one morning there was no hot water and I had to have a cold shower. Breakfast was ok but the bagels were stale

The toilet did not work; the fill valve was broken. The bathroom smelled quite musty. Quite a few other maintenance issues. I do not expect a perfect room, but it needs to have the major features functioning. Probably will not stay here again.

When we made our reservation, we specifically requested a handicap-accessible room, which should have included support bars and a walk-in shower with a bench. Unfortunately, the room we received only had a walk-in shower without any bars or bench. This was a significant disappointment.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room felt dirty and the comforter was definitely dirty. It wasn’t changed from previous occupants. The floor was dirty. We’ll choose another location if we stay in the area again.
