There was a booking error and no stay. Hotel staff wouldn’t give a partial refund and told me next time don’t use *******.

酒店回复: We are sorry that we couldn't give you a refund. If we would have known before the date you were scheduled to stay, we would have worked with you. You had a non-refundable reservation, which was charged the day of the reservation. We had no idea that you were not coming on that day.

The shower was lukewarm for a minute before turning cold. Shower curtain looked ready to fall down. The vent fan had 1/2 inch of dust caked on in the bathroom. Breakfast looked like it came from a vending machine, and had to ring the bell to get somebody out of the back to refill the milk pitcher.

We take this very seriously and have already took measures to fix the shower curtain, had housekeeping do the necessary cleaning to the fan vent. Three-Night Family Stay
Not this individual hotel’s fault, but it was annoying how Wyndham offered a pre check-in but then when I arrived I had to re-supply almost all of the same information.
Anyway, our rooms were clean and we were grateful that they were able to give us adjoining rooms since we were there with our children.

So far, so good. Next to an RV park with no fence but seems safe. Front desk lady was super nice. Had to pay a $50 security deposit even though I paid online. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Rooms seem clean.

We stayed at multiple Super 8 properties during our trip and Siloam Springs Super 8 was THE cleanest, nicest one. Lovely room that was recently updated, nice chairs, big comfy bed, good lighting, bathroom/vanity was spotless, towels were new and soft. Shout out to the front desk staff being incredibly nice (Heidi checked us in and Joy checked us out). 5 stars!

Simple ground level motel. Night staff (Heidi) was super nice and very helpful to us! Rooms were clean and sheets, mattress, and pillows comfortable. Shower was great with plenty of towels. Air conditioning adequate but a bit noisy. Very pleasant stay.
