The breakfast was garbage the sheets were terrible. They were supposed to be white, but they were beige.

The place needs to be exterminated woke up in the morning and there were roaches in the bathroom. I don't make this up all those rooms need to be rehabed gutted remodeled old furniture removed this place needs an enema!

The staff was great!!! Very helpful!!!
Not all lamps worked in our room. The heater was very noisy. The stove was not fully operational - only one burner worked.

The staff checking us in was fabulous however the room was not what we expected. For an extended stay hotel we expected dishes/silverware and there was nothing. The hotel didn't have an ice machine so while it was nice to have a full sized fridge with freezer we had to leave to get ice for our drinks. There were some things in the room that could use fixing/updating.

The shower had a ton of other people's hair in it. There was hair on the bathroom counter and sink. The worst part was when we checked in, the cover to the air conditioning unit was sitting on the floor, next to the air conditioner. It was also unplugged and the window was cracked open. Whoever was trying to fix it previously, knew it was broken and cracked the window because it was so hot. After asking for another room that had working air conditioning, we were denied and told the hotel was sold out. As a perimenopausal woman, sleeping in a hot, stuffy room was an awful experience. Would have been nice to have someone tell us at check in that the room we were getting didn't have air so we could have had the option to go somewhere else. However, it was late when we checked in and took forever for the doors to even be opened because the desk staff was somewhere else. Looked like they were sleeping when they finally came out and unlocked the doors so we could even get in. Was just not a great experience. When we checked out, the desk staff did offer us a free room coupon to use at another time but I'm not sure I'll stay at any Extended Stay's again.

Bed was a fold up frame with mattress, no coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo, kitchen utilities of any kind in room. They needed to be requested separately. First night people were fighting in the room beside mine, loud shouting and banging against the walls. Very scary. Second night the fire alarm went off. Grabbed as much as possible and exited room to be told it was a false alarm but they couldn’t turn it off. Sign at front entrance warned of car break ins and thefts from hotel parking lot.
I have stayed in the hotel before and it was never this bad. I felt unsafe and here were no facilities available in the room at all.

The hotel was clean, so was the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I booked the room I didn’t realized it was a fully furnished room with a regular sized fridge and a little electric stove. Loved it

这家酒店真是恶心透了。房间没吸尘,一股臭味,窗帘破了,床硬得像块石头,毛巾也不够,直到我们开口问才给送来卫生纸。房间昏暗,窗户脏兮兮的,水槽也锈迹斑斑。要不是我已经付了高达175美元的离谱价格,我早就立马跑出去了,冲过停车场去住汉普顿酒店。为了省心,千万别住这家破旅馆!

入口附近的红砖上沾满了狗屎。电梯很脏。房间里弥漫着难闻的气味。房间里没有熨斗。住了一晚,退房时我问为什么房间里没有熨斗。他们告诉我需要打电话,他们会给我拿一个。可惜没有熨衣板。这些应该是标准配置。
