The room was filthy. Feces on the walls, hair in the shower, bugs under mattress. We didn’t stay. Left right after we walked in and hotel is refusing refund of any amount

Pool was closed for renovation with no prior warnings. Room was not very clean even had dogfood on the floor and smelled like mildew. The beds were so uncomfortable i was up by 3:30am with a back ache.

I made the mistake of booking a non-refundable room....this hotel is under construction. As soon as we entered our room we were subjected to very loud hammering directly above us. We were told that there were no other rooms available that weren't experiencing the same thing, except maybe a double.....we didn't want that, and it would last another 2 hours! The room smelled absolutely disgusting. The odor of urine, pet or otherwise, was so strong that the perfume deoderizers just made it worse. It's a good thing this place is getting remodeled. The hallways are filthy and disgusting. We booked a place with a pool, and it was closed due to remodeling! All in all, just a lousy stay......but haven't experienced breakfast yet, that might be scary!

Staff- upon arrival no one was ask the front desk, just a sign that gave a number to call. Called the number and no one answered. Had to wait a few minutes for a staff to appear. Staff member at front desk was not friendly.

"OK" would be the best I can day here. I slept...the bed was good. I won't go on about everything else...stayed here because it was the cheapest option. I guess there's renovation happening, per their signs. Not sure about that but the hotel needs it, for sure.

Front desk attendant that checked us in was very curt and not welcoming at all. Hallways smelled very strongly of mildew and musk. Room felt humid despite AC. Room was dingy, with food caked on walls, lamp shades had mold/mildew stains, curtains ripped. Bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast area was clean and nice, thankfully.

一开始预订的时候有点困惑。我根本不知道Comfort Suites和Comfort Inn就在旁边。我的房间还可以。床很硬,很不舒服。幸好只住了一晚。
这家酒店确实有些年久失修了。电梯很破旧。从大堂到房间的路程充其量也只能算是一般。电梯壁上的福米卡地板有碎裂的痕迹。灭火器箱也凹陷了。地毯很破旧。整个地方都有点破旧。
早餐有点晚,而且味道不好。我没吃。饼干的肉汁被兑水了。巧克力松饼几乎没有味道。
