The room was not clean in the corners. The doors’ hinges were rusted. When I ran the heat, there was no cold water! I won’t be staying there again. Workers were talking loudly in the hallway at 4:30 AM.

Housekeeping staff is great very clean rooms and amazing attention to detail. The Housekeeping manager is extremely sweet and very good at what she does. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was limited to policies. They were not able to make decisions to accommodate guests and make our stay more pleasant. Ex: 1 day my room wasn't cleaned, attendant said I probably had "Do not disturb sign on door,not true. Ihad stop by the room after attending my wife's funeral. I asked if I could get a couple chairs for them to sit in. I was told I'm not allowed to move any chairs out of the common area. Poor hospitality.

The first room that I was assigned to was not clean. After being transferred to the second room it was okay bottom line I would not stay there again.

Place clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms work good for the price point of the hotel. The breakfast is a true continental breakfast which made me a little sad… but at the price point we were in I can go buy breakfast down the street and still be better off than staying in a more expensive hotel.

Everything was good. Not necessarily great, other than the service. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Shower was good too. The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Zero complaints. Great location as well.

My family and I always stay here at this property when visiting our friends and family in southern pine. This year was different because of the breakfast included. Also very clean and well kept. The only think is the room was a little small but well put together.
