The only thing was the breakfast was needing improvement. Rooms clean, most of staff was great. Unfortunately they were a little difficult to understand. But the stay overall was great.

It was clean till I saw the outside of the microwave was little dirty. Then one morning when I open the fridge there was a cockroach and I kill it. Next follow morning there was another cockroach on the toilet seat.

Beds were comfortable. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and when you open the door of the fridge, it smelled really bad. Makes me think that they didn’t clean it or else they would knew it stunk. They put us on 2nd floor and didn’t have elevators so had to pack all of our things up the stairs. When I went down to inform about the fridge, nobody was there and even tried calling them. Got bit by fleas due to this being pet friendly. Water was hot.

The hotel was sketchy. It wasn’t the cleanest. Outside doors were left propped open all day and night. didn’t feel completely safe was required to pay for whole state during check-in. We ended up checking out early due to not feeling safe.

The property is old and in need of some care. The room and bathroom were clean. The restroom needed an update.

This hotel was just fine. After camping outside for 5 days, it was a quick place to get a shower & decent night sleep. Definitely an older building, but everything seemed clean.

The deposit for "incidentals" was $100. The room wasn't even that much. Their ice machine was broke for a while. Beds were hard and the AC unit only reached a certain coolness which with the bed being hard, it was also hot, so the sleep was minimal.
员工粗鲁无礼。恶臭被大量化学品掩盖。墙壁薄如纸（周围房间的动静都能听见）。我付了四晚的房费，第一天早上就退房了，他们却不肯退还我剩余的房费。我再也不会住“优质”旅馆了。
