The water temperature in the tub would only go to lukewarm. And they double charged me on an incidental hold, which they did fix after I pointed it out and showed them my credit card site. Needed swept and the people above us were noisy. Plus inexpensive and bed ok.

The restaurant called Cagles Mill was terrible. This place is dark and dirty and the food was questionable. Service was slow and not too friendly. Give this place a miss. How dare they name this place after to old restaurant. Complained about the food and the cook argued with us. K

Ok we paid for a 2 queen, 1 sofa bed suite for the weekend recently. However, we found quite a few things wrong with this room. On top of it the hotel charges you a $25 incidental fee to be returned upon checkout. I have yet to receive mine and I feel it's because I complained about the issues with our room. Here are said issues: #1 the front door sweep to the room is all chewed up so air, bugs, etc. comes in & out as well as you can see under the door outside & vice versa. #2 there were bugs on the bottom of the floor lamp as well as under the sofa bed. #3 there was trash and food bits under the sofa bed, so obviously they don't vacuum. #4 The living area furniture is torn, shredded in places and stained. #5 the carpet in the living area is also shredded and torn. #6 there was hair in the tub and along the side of it so it was not cleaned and we had to do it in order to shower. #7 the safety handle in the shower is rusted and rust stains run down the inside of it. #8 the phones in the room no longer work because they said it was struck by lightning 2 years ago and just aren't going to fix them! So you better have a cell phone to call for help! What a disappointing stay! DO NOT STAY HERE! I have been in contact with Choice Hotels (who owns Clarion Inns & Suites) and they have apologized and just offered me 8,000 points for my "troubles". They have not said if they will address any of their hotel issues there or not. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The desk clerk was very nice. We had a first floor room that was attractive and very good shape, clean, with a comfy bed. There was a nice breakfast area - large, attractive with lots of good food options.

No reservation for us; just stopped in and asked for a room. Very accommodating staff. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The only ding I'll give them is the snack machine was empty and apparently had been for a long time as was the drink machine near our room. There is a drink machine by the lobby, though. If there was an ice machine we never found it. But those things are minor. The room and staff are the most important and no complaints with that. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Give it a try.

I booked this hotel for the eclipse in 2024. I called the hotel directly a month ago to make the reservation. Yesterday I get a call at work telling me that they accidentally gave me the wrong rate, so they are canceling my reservation. However, I can call back and book at the new rate of $999 per night with a two nigh minimum. This is completely unethical. I had a reservation at a reasonable rate. How can they just cancel it to price gouge me or someone else? If I canceled you can be sure they would charge me. I've reported them to Choice Hotels and I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Beware of these shady practices, If they think they can get more money from your reservation, they will just cancel it without your permission!

We were traveling through Arkansas on our way home. This was by far the best motel we stayed at on our trip! Wendy at the front desk was so friendly! What a great employee to have! The rooms were very clean and nice! The restaurant and bar connected to it were a great place for drinks and supper. The breakfast was a great bonus! They had hot choices, waffles, and more. All were delicious! A nice change after many motels have quit providing breakfast. We loved our stay here!

Very Clean and friendly, looks as though they’ve tried hard to fix this old hotel up. Photos appear more inviting then it truly is and breakfast was very very average. I’d stay again because it’s better then the last place we stayed in Georgia.
