Rooms need to be updated especially the bathroom. Staff was friendly & the pool area was nice.

I only gave a 3 because I did have a rather big issue.
But the morning manager was very helpful, sincerely apologetic and offered assistants.
The hotel itself, the staff, the breakfast was all great.

I have stayed at this location on a few occasions…never again!!!The room itself was dingy and unkept. Shower curtain was literally falling apart and worn. Peeling paint and no attention to detail cleaning. But far worse is the fact that in my 2 night stay I amassed 25 + bug (flea or bed bug) bites. This hotel is a stain on the brand . And makes me reconsider staying at any of the other brands under the company’s umbrella!!!

Sofa worn and broken down. Light base dirty. Stains on comforter. Bed creaked and squeaked with every move.

The check-in was way too long. The shower was pitiful and we had the most noisy bed ever.

STAFF IS VERY RUDE ! CHARGED EXTRA WHEN THEY WANT TOO, TOLD ME I WASNT ALLOWED TO DO LAUNDRY , WOUODNT LET ME HAVE A LIL EXTRA CHECK OUT TIME ! THE RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL!!!!!
