We have enjoyed numerous stays for family gatherings in the past. Unfortunately this will be our last as the property is run down, our room smelled of smoke with other guests smoking on the walkway, the bottom sheet on one of the beds had black stains. When asked to refresh the towels and change the bed only the towels were changed.
It is a low budget motel so you get what you pay for and I'll be happy to pay more in the future.

Check in didn't go well.Somebody else checked into the room under my name. So the hotel gave away my Mobility Accessible Room reservation, and I got stuck in a room that must have been in the process of repairs: main lightbulb burned out, bathroom doorknob falling off, bath vent cover hanging by a screw, and large waves(tripping hazard) on vinyl flooring. I somehow managed to get 6 hours of peaceful sleep despite all that disappointment.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room and that's what we initially got. Not a bad room if you enjoy bedbugs, but that's not my wife and my thing. They moved us to a non wheelchair accessible room for the night, you know until the person in the other accessible room checked out the next day. But the next day they didn't have another accessible room for us. So we found another hotel that did. I went down to the front desk and told them I was checking out and the guy said just put the key card in the box, I informed him I was checking out early and wanted to make sure it was done, he said leave the key card in the box so I did since I wasn't in the mood to argue. I just wanted out of there. Checked my credit card statement when I got home and wish I could say I was shocked to find they charged me for the original booking instead of the early checkout, but alas, I can't say that. I wasn't shocked to find out they didn't properly check me out of the hotel and they charged me for the originally planned number of nights.

房间的清洁度一般般,刚进去的时候,有点闷闷的味道。
最令人不满的是房间非常老旧、不干净,而且有一股难闻的气味。在那里很难感到舒适和干净。此外,总有人在外面抽烟聊天。他们虽然没有伤害任何人,但每次我进出房间时都会碍事。
简直是个破烂不堪的地方。电视坏了,修不好。不过我不会因为这个就降低房间的评价……这地方应该夷为平地!
我们房间的电视坏了。所以我们去了另一个房间,那里的墙壁里一直传来又大又烦人的噪音。
住在这个地方的人整晚都发出太多噪音,他们听说我住在哈瓦那楼层,整个晚上都有人发出噪音,这令人沮丧。
位置很好,但是早餐体验非常有限。几乎什么都没有。
