This place needs a THOUROUGH cleaning. The drapes and sheers were filthy, from top to bottom. The baseboards haven't been touched in years judging by the amount of dust on them. The mirror above the sink is falling out of the frame. The shampoo, conditioner and whatever else they offered in the room were used. This was a smoking room (which we asked for) with NO ASHTRAYS...and 1 plastic cup to use for one. I personally had to hook the satellite back to the tv, the sofa/hide-a-bed were stained and nasty, the sofa part at least. I refused to open the hide-a-bed part. The door right outside our room was to the staircase to go downstairs and out the door...neither were secured and I could not get the exterior door to close, at all. One of our room keys did not work. Now...had we paid $50-60, these would not be issues, but we paid $100 for a subpar room. The pillows on the bed were not even standard size pillows, there were 4 "European" style pillows on a king size bed. Not sure what that was about. Highly disappointed and will NOT recommend to anyone I know to stay there. When trying to shower, the water ran out of the shower head AND the main faucet, so bad water pressure.

The hot breakfast was actually something between a continental breakfast and a full hot breakfast. Left alot to be desired.

Everything was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. Best Quality Inn I have stayed in! Great staff, clean, decorative inside, lobby was nice. 5 star team at this hotel. Breakfast was fresh and clean. Had a good night stay at this hotel. I will be back when I return to pine bluff.

Rather dirty place.. (see pictures) which needs so maintenance. The chair has stains, one looks like a butt crack stain :-0. The shower has either, black mold or someone used three colors of tile grout (off white/brown and black) which means it looks dirty or dangerous. The manager and staff need to step up to be competitive at any price. It was a handicap room ( I use a wheelchair) and it was easy to get around in but the bathroom sink wasn’t designed for wheelchair access, I am 6’3” when I tried to use the sink it came to my chin. It a wrong sink and mounted way to high. The roll in shower was nice but the shower curtain was mounted about 6/8 inches to high so the bathroom flooded when we showered.. The breakfast was adequate but most quality inns, like this one provide really fake, high salt sausages.. they could do better but the waffles are always a tasty option
