So, this is a fairly run down property. The room had a strange odor, and the cable TV did not work until I fixed it after borrowing a screwdriver from the (friendly) front desk. The hallways had bits of debris scattered about. The advertised 'breakfast' consisted of granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, & oatmeal packets. I understand this is an extended stay but how can you prepare oatmeal if your room has no utensils? Friendly front desk but otherwise not a place I will stay in during my next visit to Dayton.

Not clean & not real breakfast
Room wasn’t clean. The hotel is a bit run down overall. The “breakfast” is just coffee and granola bars or packaged muffins. In my opinion that shouldn’t even count as having breakfast available on the advertisement. Overall disappointing

If I had to, I'd stay again....
Ok. Heres the thing. They are not the Hilton. So lets have that mindset walking in.
The staff. Amazing! Friendly, helpful and kind.
The hotel and rooms. Honestly, need some TLC. They aren't staff with numerous cleaners throughout the days so the halls, etc aren't kept spotless. Which is a downfall, IMO. Just pay cleaners to be there all day. The hallways are off-putting. The elevator is dirty as well. Again, hire full-time cleaners!
The rooms are huge! And I was thankful for having the place to stay. Honestly. With that said. They really need an overhaul. Some updating.
If you standards are low and you're looking for a cheap rental for some time. This is a good place.
Breakfast is muffins and bars.

Needs some attention
Reception was not very warm. Found dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door and under the sink. Asked for a coffee maker but one never became available. Repair needed on table trim as well. Like this location but definitely trending down.

Bar far the worst hotel we have stayed and made worse by how much we paid.
Hotel smelled bad the second we walked into front desk. Creepy men in parking lot and 1st floor of hotel..felt unsafe for me and my kids. Room smelled horrid (smoke and animals), carpet stains everywhere. Bathroom in room was filthy. They advertise breakfast in am and when I asked to cerify its coffe and to go muffins. We left asap and ******* helped get our money refunded for the night and we stayed somewhere else.

Wow. Where do I start. Not happy about staying here. Dirty matresses. We ended up sleeping on top of the sheets. Smell was not desirable in both rooms. The free breakfast is gas station items. Was hard to be comfortable. Never again

Will not stay here again
Smelled terrible both in the hallway (smoke, ****) and in the room (moldy). It was pretty dark in the room. Even though we booked a 2 bed room, they gave us 2 1 king size bed rooms because they were all booked out. Their breakfast was very poor. They only had small muffins and breakfast bars.

The property staff were friendly and accommodating — no complaints there. However, the condition of the hotel building left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the carpet (possibly blood or wine), and many of the stairwell doors didn’t close properly, leading to loud slamming noises throughout the night. A strong, musky odor greeted us upon entering the room, which was unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is in need of significant renovation and general upkeep.
