The staff was Ahmazing everything elese a thumbs down. Lets just say i wore shower shoes like i did in college. Definitely not worth the pruce

Apparently there is a towel shortage
No towels. We were told when we went to get towels that they would bring some up in the morning. Never saw them. When checking out we were told they were super busy that weekend and that’s why none were available. Never heard that in my entire life with all the hotels I’ve stayed in.

The room didn’t really seem clean when we got in but we got in late with 3 kids so we didn’t end up changing. The bath mat had mold under it and just generally seemed not clean. The breakfast was subpar for a hotel. The hot food was fine that they cooked but hardly any options outside of that. There were no pancake or waffle makers. The only water available in the entire hotel was from a 3 gallon pitcher at breakfast so you definitely need to buy bottled water from them or Walmart next door if you’re staying more than a night.

The property struck a perfect balance—elegantly upscale without feeling out of place for the area. The amenities and layout reflected thoughtful planning. I absolutely loved my stay.

I didn't receive the room I asked and pay for I asked for a king bed but got 2 queen room wasn't clean enough.

Please stay away
The A/C did not work. They gave us a fan ( yes - a fan). For a Hyatt- that would have been a first but I guess that may be their new standard to save money on A/C. I hope that does not catch on. The bathroom door would not close properly. Terrible place for that much money. Staff didn’t seem to be bothered.

The stay was amazing. Gloria in the front was so kind and a friendly face to see. Everyone I encountered was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean and quiet.
