员工服务很棒，尤其是前台接待员。
第一间房的浴室天花板漏水，水滴到台面上。看起来像是修补过，但根本没修好。房间气味难闻，而且很潮湿。我们要求换房，酒店也同意了。第二间房是套房，但非常糟糕。我平时很能忍耐，但当时也考虑过换一家酒店。我们只是路过，在这里住一晚，所以就忍了。也许我们只是运气不好，碰上了特别差的房间，但我实在不明白那些评论里说的干净是怎么回事。酒店的整体状况很差。事实上，我们浴室的灯开关坏了，炉灶上方的墙上有一个没修补的洞，而且非常脏。早餐很普通，周围环境还算干净。床比较舒服。水压很大，插座也很多。除此之外，实在没什么可夸的。工作人员态度冷漠……至少前台的那位是这样。
我取消了预订，晚上9:30接到电话问我是否还会来。我告诉对方我要求取消预订，但对方说没有取消，我还是要被收费。
隔壁房间的住户非常吵闹。走廊的地毯需要好好清洗一下。
走进房间时，地板会发出吱吱声。
空调通风口坏了，时不时发出嘎嘎声。不得不要求换房间，这很不方便。
工作人员很棒！！房间很潮湿，浴室里有霉菌。浴室门上的铰链完全生锈了。房间里的水分太多，第二天早上我们的衣服都湿透了。早餐浪费时间。百吉饼不新鲜，当我打开奶油奶酪时，它完全干了。不会再住这里了。

早餐很棒，除了大多数旅馆都有的普通食物外，还有饼干和肉汁、培根、炒鸡蛋和土豆。服务很棒。安静，停车方便。
