我晚上7点预订了房间，当时我来城里出差。我出去办点事就回来了。我的钥匙三次都不能用。他们来修的时候，竟然把我的房间给了别人。我的东西还在房间里，一个男人睡在我的床上。他们把我们俩都赶了出去，让我拿回我的东西，还说是搞混了，他们把我住的房间给了另一个顾客，而且态度很粗鲁。他们本可以退款给我，因为我通过第三方联系了，他们说很抱歉不能给我另一个房间，因为房间已经满了。这是我经历过的最糟糕的事情，我想和酒店方谈谈。

It’s almost a disaster- under extensive renovation/construction. Now I know why it was less expensive than other hotels. I will note that the room we stayed in was completely renovated and clean as well as the lobby. The concrete walkways on 2nd floor were broken and pitted. Lobby and other areas had construction materials/old furniture stacked around. Recommend disposal because you clearly are not going to used old desk chairs/loungers etc.

Room seemed cleaned until I saw the soles of my feet just walking from shower to bed (gross). The hotel location is good and accessible. They offer fresh breakfast and coffee.

Room has been remodeled. Everything was clean. Desk staff and breakfast staff friendly. Looked like the bathroom still needed to be completed. But, would stay again.

Accidentally booked a smoking room (my fault). Tried to get it changed but gentleman did not even look to see if they had a non-smoking room. The smell was horrid! The floors were so dirty. Walking around my feet were black! I had to wash them before putting my shoes on. Also, the hairdryer was broken and unusable.
