BUGS, Bugs, Roaches coming out from everywhere. Strange people knocking on room door at 1am asking for money. Non working ice machine. Place despitely needs upgrade. Toilet, tub, and flooring worn out

Reception service was not knowledgeable, gave us a used door card that was so dirty thad I had to wash it myself, Apparently our reservation was dismissed.
Room smelled bad, bed was noisy and unconfortable, light was poor and at bathroom poor. Shower tap device was together with shower over 20 years old and needed a manual to use it. It does not have tha value you pay.

Convenient location. Couple running place are very rude and disrespectful. There was no housekeeping, except for towels and trash bag replacement. We had them replaced our own toilet paper. When we first arrived, there was a dead rat floating in the commode.
The carpet was wet and sticky throughout the room.

Roach Motel
Had to kill a cockroach in my room. I've stayed in other ABV locations and thought they were a smart choice and good value. This place was just a rip off. The listing clearly indicated free breakfast but no food (or even coffee) was available.

Stone beds
The tv remote control didn't work. No tissue in the bathroom. Had to go ask for it. Beds are hard as stone!! Extremely uncomfortable. Had to ask for more towels.

Get new towels. They are not expensive.
For the price and location it was decent. I don’t like the carpet in the rooms as it feels old and likely hard to clean. The towels are old and ragged and basically useless. I recommend replacing the towels with newer larger ones that actually absorb water. The bed was relatively comfortable.

The staff is extremely friendly and nice. The rooms, building and furniture are old and small but comfortable for me. This is a budget place to stay so in some sense you get what you pay for. I've stayed here several times and never had any significant issues or problems. I'm not a big fan of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker. It's a very basic place to stay when you're trying not to spend too much.

唯一好的就是那位女士态度很好，很友善，帮我们更换毛巾和垃圾，真是一个超级好的人。
