The room was clean. The staff was great. But we had a man come to our door, he said he was looking for Damian and the front desk told him that Damian was in this room. That is rather unnerving.

The room was not cleaned when I arrived. It loled like it was used previously with one of the beds unmade and some lf the towels dirty in the bathroom. I chose not to complain because it was close to 1am when I arrived.

My car broke down in Ohio so I never made it to the hotel, so I ended up paying for two rooms since my stay was not refunded.☹️

Room was clean. I received a text ahead of time to check in online to save time, I completed that but was still asked the same things when I arrived to the hotel. Not sure what the purpose of checking in ahead of time if they still needed the info when I got there. Shower-hot water ******. It was hot until turning on shower head then went cold. I adjusted and adjusted and still took a cold ahower

The room was freezing cold. I tried the thermostat and it just kept pushing cold air when it turned on. I had to use blankets from both bess to keep warm was very unpleasant

Coffee maker in room was broken. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. The morning front desk person was fabulous and helped me print out some essentials.

真没想到这家酒店这么好。一切都很棒,早餐丰盛,还有热食可选。酒店位置就在高速公路边上,非常适合旅行途中过夜。员工也非常热情友好。总而言之,这是一家非常不错的酒店😊
就这个价格来说,这家酒店非常棒。入住手续办理得很顺利,员工也很友好。早餐的种类可以再多一点(比如香蕉或橘子),但如果只是想快速吃点东西,那也足够了。酒店离机场很近。总的来说,这个地方还不错。
