It was horrible. You had undesirable people hanging around the front door with backpacks. People arguing in the hallways at night and early in the morning. The hallways smelled of cigarettes. There was no breakfast but 1 apple in a basket and 1 piece of bread in a display case. This was very nasty and I had to change rooms for the disturbance in the hallways.

清洁是酒店接待的首要任务。我知道这很经济实惠,但这不是不干净整洁的借口。亚麻布上的烟孔和黑色的棉布……我不知道床单上有棉布,这是不可接受的!这不是一个糟糕的地方,只是需要升级,用一些温柔的爱和关怀来对待,还有一些知道什么是干净的员工……😉
没有电视
我入住前房费已付清,但态度恶劣的店员告诉我,酒店要求所有客人支付 50 美元押金,而我签署的房间文件中没有这一项。我告诉他房费已付清,他把钥匙扔在柜台上。
我到了房间,电视无法正常工作。电视的输入一直恢复到展示厅显示。正确的遥控器放在前台。态度恶劣的店员不得不过来重置它,但如果你关掉电视,它会重置回展示厅显示。因此,电视必须保持打开状态,但几个小时后会自动关闭。在我告诉她这是店员之前用来重置电视的遥控器后,夜班店员拒绝给我正确的遥控器来重置电视。她给了我一个只能在前台用在电视上的遥控器。她不愿意帮忙解决问题,因为她太忙于打电话聊天了。
床罩上有烟头烫过的痕迹。打开水槽的水龙头时,水溅得到处都是。房间里的椅子坏了,沙发垫也破烂不堪,根本放不下沙发。房间里没有时钟。窗户没有密封。窗户可以随意打开和关闭。
退房时间是上午 11 点,但客房服务人员在上午 10 点就开始敲门。我感觉在退房前就被迫离开了。
房间状况很糟糕。电视机不停地随机打开。烟雾探测器需要更换电池。整个过程中都有噪音和骚乱,还有警察活动。
