The room not so much. The couch is dirty with crumbs, the flat bed sheet has stains, there was a roach that ran out of our room and we had to kill another baby one inside. The floor is sticky and the air is not very cold.
Contemplating going to another hotel.

The staff was good, but upon checking in we had roaches. The noise from the restaurant next door was horrible til 3 AM and the shady people in the hallways. Sorry to give this survey but we will never stay here again. 😒

没有电视
我入住前房费已付清，但态度恶劣的店员告诉我，酒店要求所有客人支付 50 美元押金，而我签署的房间文件中没有这一项。我告诉他房费已付清，他把钥匙扔在柜台上。
我到了房间，电视无法正常工作。电视的输入一直恢复到展示厅显示。正确的遥控器放在前台。态度恶劣的店员不得不过来重置它，但如果你关掉电视，它会重置回展示厅显示。因此，电视必须保持打开状态，但几个小时后会自动关闭。在我告诉她这是店员之前用来重置电视的遥控器后，夜班店员拒绝给我正确的遥控器来重置电视。她给了我一个只能在前台用在电视上的遥控器。她不愿意帮忙解决问题，因为她太忙于打电话聊天了。
床罩上有烟头烫过的痕迹。打开水槽的水龙头时，水溅得到处都是。房间里的椅子坏了，沙发垫也破烂不堪，根本放不下沙发。房间里没有时钟。窗户没有密封。窗户可以随意打开和关闭。
退房时间是上午 11 点，但客房服务人员在上午 10 点就开始敲门。我感觉在退房前就被迫离开了。
房间状况很糟糕。电视机不停地随机打开。烟雾探测器需要更换电池。整个过程中都有噪音和骚乱，还有警察活动。
