The location was perfect, and the view from our room was lovely. It had everything we needed. The price was great for an in-season rental we only needed for one night. We also appreciated getting access and WiFi info ahead of time.

Dirty Nasty Bug infested rooms

This hotel is disgusting. There were tiny black ants everywhere including on the bed, food on the floor (goldfish cracker) flying insects in the shower. Looked like it had not been cleaned. DO NOT stay here!!!!

It was convenient for us and our plans so the place was nice. Now we got there early and my wife had a upset stomach so I asked for a early check in and the contact for the place said she would check that she couldn’t the room had been cleaned and we could do it. She told me she would call back and never did. I know for a fact the room was already cleaned so she could have let us in so very unprofessional by not responding back. I would not go back based on that experience and that only I would not recommend nor go back and that’s asshame because we go there 6 to 7 times a year and really liked the double room. Thanks

The Spillers

Walked in to a disaster. Of course we couldn't reach anyone and our attempts were ignored.

Floor was covered in dirt and pet hair. Fridge had smelly old fishing bait left behind. Toilets were unclean and had trash at the base. Toilet paper dispensor was dirty. One bathroom had a dirty bandaid stuck to the soap dispensor in the shower. We found fleas and roaches. Pulled back the sheets and saw a massive amount of pet and people hair. Furniture all all surfaces were filthy. Everything has to be wiped down and swept. We even made sure to get new linens to use. The accommodations were beyond disappointing.

One thing that is not in their control is the road noise. It was so l Ioud we didnt sleep. Had to blare the TV if we decided to watch anything. The parking is also a mess and very tight.

My husband and I had to clean the rooms.

I paid over $1,000 for 2 nights. This is insane to accept thats what you get for over $1,000.

Also we paid the pet fee to bring my 12lb mini dachshund which caught kennel cough. I obviously cannot confirm its from the stay but the conditions and amount of pet hair leads me to believe their cleaning routine after a pet stay is minimal or nonexistent. It was an absolute disaster staying there.

I had to reach out to the host to obtain the code for entering property upon arrival since not provided ahead of time - the staff was helpful and provided the check in information upon my call - would be helpful to provide check in information 24 hours before arrival

This property needs an upgrade. The mini fridge had rust & didn’t cool well. The bathroom was not very clean, dim lighting. Great little Inn but definitely needs an overhaul

We could not find the remote to the tv, there was giant palmetto bugs in our room, the floors were dirty and there was random hairs on the pillows when we arrived. Also at about 9:30 when check out is at 10 the cleaner opened the door without even knocking when us two females were getting dressed.
