Quinn was amazing, but besides him, I was very disappointed. The carpet smelled so bad, even the candles I bought couldn’t mask it. There was a broken fingernail in the utensils drawer, and countless stains on the furniture.

The king size bed needs to be tossed in trash, barely got any rest. Safely door latch was loose, screws need to be tightened. Floors where dirty, I have higher expectations, this stay didn’t cut it!

I really liked the area. I only have two complaints. One the location was hard to locate via gps and the room had a funny smell. I definitely suggest room spray or a candle.

I loved the apartment feel but the amenities where not so good. The TV was on the fritz the entire stay the bathroom door knob was broken which once notified got fixed pretty fast. The property was really beautiful it was just small inconveniences.

Amazing area and a lovely 4 star hotel. My only gripe is the in house bar (she admitted to not knowing how to make the drinks and it took 40min until I decided to cancel my order) and the front desk was giving me issues about my debit card when I was checking in and I’m not sure what that was about. They kept saying they don’t take “3rd party cards”.

没有隔音玻璃,所以即使在卧室也能听到各种交通噪音。制冰机和冰箱里的水都坏了,淋浴和浴缸比照片上看起来小得多。
酒店房间非常宽敞,厨房和浴室用品齐全。前台工作人员在我们入住期间表现非常出色!
