Weekend get away
Bed was comfortable. Indoor pool was really cold. Tv was hard for this old person to work but it was big

Staff is of no help was not willing to tie up another 150$ for a 3rd night and they could not figure out how to use exsisting deposit to keep room so they kept my room money but since I would not give another 150$ I could not stay

However, due to changes or issues with the booking, the reservation could not be extended or modified under the same terms. As a result, a new reservation was required to continue your stay.Our team did their best to assist, but we understand how this situation may have been frustrating. Unfortunately, we were unable to apply the existing deposit toward a new booking due to system limitations and third-party policy restrictions. Without the required deposit for the new reservation, we were not able to extend your stay.We truly regret any inconvenience caused and are always here to help clarify or support our guests. The property was a little older and while it seemed like it was newer by the looks, once we got into our room it smelled musty. You could really see the wear on the floor, furniture and bathrooms. The pillows were so uncomfortable! It was ok for a one night stay.
