The staff - All of them were friendly, helpful, and gracious. Manager Evelyn was exceptional, so was Paula. I give 5 stars for customer service.
My only complaint is the stench of cigarette smoke in my room.
It seemed 'baked in,' as if that odor was accumulated over many years. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again.

Fleas and roaches in the room and the hotel it self was unkept the elevator smelled horrible and the hallway floors where dirty -10/10

The room was good. Would stay again. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok would enjoy more variety on menu. Parking was good enough parking. All in all my stay was good. Like I said would definitely stay again and longer stay than 1 night.

The room i had was appropriately clean but dark and dingy. The bathroom was big, but had absolutely no counter or vanity for personal care products. There wasn't even a place to sit your toothbrush. There wasn't anything to put your suitcase on, but plenty of open space. They don't utilize the area at all. The staff was amazing.

I checked in late. The hotel front desk staff was very polite and compassionate. The services on the other was terrible. The first room i had was unclean. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The tub was not clean and the drain was not working and water was standing while i take a shower. While taking a shower roaches was in the shower and room. The next room was really no better. It was basically just to sleep. Very nice assistant manager

The front desk attendant who checked me in was very nice and friendly. The property and the room are filthy, there are huge stains on the carpet. The upholstery on the couch in my room was so dirty I did not want to sit on it. There were 2 red solo cups of water in my fridge and a box of baking soda. The entire oven and stovetop was all pulled apart with the racks and the burners laying on top. There are roach traps under the bathroom sink.
