There was mold in the shower. The room had a couple of gouges in the wall and the bathroom door. The bi-fold closet doors were jambed. The morning breakfast ran out of coffee. The staff needs to up their game!

Room had a smell. We changed rooms. There was a similar smell not as bad. The staff was very accommodating.

The room (210) smelled so musty and damp. The bathroom shower didn’t seem clean at all. I truly was not going to say anything at all but after looking at all of the reviews AFTER our stay of others reporting the smell and same issues, I have to agree. I will send pictures of my back, arms, and neck to the hotel because I believe I have bed bug bites all over my body. I stayed at the hotel 9/26-9/28. I felt itchy and noticed one or 2 bumps Sunday and now I have so many.. I am only reporting this because I think it’s unfair to say to guests that they are aware of the horrible smelling rooms and nothing has been done but bed bugs…
Please do not stay here. Other than the location this hotel was not great and the pictures online do not reflect the actual state of this hotel

Overall experience was positive
Check-in was quick. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods with a spacious eating area. Room was spacious. Shower and mattress were very nice. Pool towels is a nice amenity for a hotel at this price. I would have hoped for a slightly warmer pool temperature. Always confused why some hotels have trees around a pool that drop small nuts that are very painful when stepped on. Wish they had recycling. The overall stay was great.
