Susan and Tom were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. As for the breakfast…Wow! Absolutely amazing!Susan was very prompt in responding to questions. Assigned parking made it easy to come and go. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

You will love staying at Tom and Susan's B&B. They are attentive, friendly, very helpful and their breakfasts are the best we have had. We have stayed at B&Bs from New Hampshire to Vancouver. We will always stay with Ojo when we are in Eureka Springs.

Cabins are so cute. Great mattresses so comfortable. Very very clean. Didn’t know they had a hot tub so that was a really nice surprise. The breakfasts were outstanding. We went out for the day and we got back a bag of homemade cookies was hanging from the door. I totally enjoyed them and the complimentary bottled water. They had really nice coffee makers in the room much nicer than what you see in most hotels. I loved having real glass coffee mugs in the room. I would stay here again

We simply cannot say enough good things about our stay at 5 Ojo Inn! Tom and Susan do such a fantastic job of taking care of those who choose to stay at this lovely bed & breakfast. Their thoughtfulness from the very outset, getting us wonderful locally crafted chocolates was just part of the charm. Tom's breakfasts were special and memorable, whether is was the egg souffle or the frittata, or the other specially chosen parts of each meal. We enjoyed conversations with other delightful guests in their dining area each morning.
The room was nice, cozy, and so enjoyable. The bed in our room was very comfortable and so was the jacuzzi.
Local knowledge was there for the taking as Susan graciously shared her insights into this quaint little hideaway in Northwest Arkansas.
It was our first stay at 5 Ojo Inn, but it will not be our last.

The bed and room were very comfy! My dog loved the area surrounding it! Very close and walkable to everything. Trolly stop right outside the BandB- breakfast was delicious. Pillows were so fluffy!! I would recommend this place, because Susan and Tom were very inviting and sweet, easy to work with!

Great R&R at 5 Ojo Inn
Our stay at 5 Ojo Inn was amazing. Susan was so thoughtful providing umbrella as weekend forecast was rainy. Our bed was so comfy, both breakfasts were so yummy and cookies left on our door knob in the late afternoon was much appreciated after exploring downtown of Eureka Springs. Highly recommended to stay with 5 Ojo!!
