The work being done on parts of the hallway is the start of the renovation of the entire hotel, we have to do small parts at a time so we can continue to operate, and have to be mindful of early and late hours, this delays the process even further. The advertisement was deceiving in the app. Of the appearance of the place had crickets popping up in my room that I had to kill. The breakfast wasn’t fresh. It wasn’t a good it was just OK.

The front desk at check-in waited for us to walk in, up to the desk, and set our stuff down before she even looked up from her cell phone to acknowledge us or greet us. She wasn’t rude, but not friendly at all. I also would’ve appreciated her at least notifying us of the current state of some of the hotel. There were obvious construction areas even upon exiting the elevator at our floor. The room itself was fine, just outdated. We used the spa area and luckily there were 2 towels available left. Continental breakfast was very nice. I appreciate both the hot and cold options available.

糟糕的服务，糟糕的管理，从一开始就糟糕透顶。房间很脏。我女儿发现了一个鼻烟罐，里面装着尼古丁袋。她以为那是免费的口香糖或薄荷糖，因为它就放在茶包和咖啡旁边。结果她就吐了。一氧化碳警报响了好几个小时。一开始被告知只是故障。后来叫消防部门过来，结果出乎意料。警报并没有出现故障。最后我一氧化碳中毒了。老板简直就是个笑话。他否认存在任何问题。他承认自己“肯定有虫子”，却拒绝为我和家人提供任何解决方案。他还告诉我，我以后再也不受欢迎了。这是我住过的最差的酒店。老板不仅不屑一顾，而且态度粗鲁无礼。他一次也没有为任何问题道歉或承担责任。离开时，他派人非法拆除了酒店的石膏板。为什么？——为了解决一氧化碳问题。他拒绝了。
Kayla 很棒，客户服务也很棒。早餐不错，健身房也不错。不过房间有点霉味、潮湿、闷热。地毯感觉有点黏。淋浴很棒，电视和其他便利设施也不错。
我们的房间好像被水淹了，到处都是霉味，而且有股难闻的气味。二楼的地毯几乎全被撕烂了，真是糟糕的体验！还好我只住了两晚。
