The breakfast was awful not what I have gotten in the past from this hotel. The first room we had had ladybugs on several walls, although the front desk changed our room maintenance was not available the room phone didn’t work as well as the television. The next room was better but by then I was stressed

Evening staff was awesome. Didn’t see any staff upon checkout just a sign saying they would return. Room was not spotless but clean enough.

Right upon entry, you’re greeted by the friendly staff. I wasn’t able to make it to my upgrade (early check in, with additional fee), she immediately removed the charge before processing my deposit. The hotel is well maintained and has a fresh, clean scent when entering the room. This is like my 4-5th stay at this place in 6 years and will continue to choose them.

The room for the most part was clean. I did see some items that were not clean but for the most part all things were good.
