Pullout couch didn't work. Got new room. Pullout couch super dirty with fake nails flying off it. Room had hair in bathroom and floor. Yogurt selection was only blueberry. Fruit was only apples. Night receptionist not friendly or helpful at all. Got exasperated so quickly after i asked for assistance with the first room pullout

Room was as expected. Clean. Working AC. Staff welcoming.
Hot tea wasn’t hot. Breakfast was just ok. Waffle iron was broken so hard to tell when it was done vs burnt.

We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience.

The bed skirting had puke on it. Had to get them to come remove it.
Staff was super nice. Older facility that needs some updating.
