This is a beautiful property with a friendly staff. The hot breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property has beautiful gardens and landscaping with wonderful views of Eureka Springs. We had a great time and were sorry we had to leave so soon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eureka Springs.

Clean room. Hotel lobby was cute and dated. ATM in the lobby was nice to have. Breakfast was a cute walk past a garden and behind the pool in separate building and was great!! Trolley stop property! Great value for what they have.

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing and very friendly! The breakfast was really good too! The property was absolutely gorgeous!!! This is a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The staff were helpful and polite. They have an excellent breakfast. The rooms were clean, and everything was in good maintenance. The only thing needed was some weatherstripping around the door in the room. Also, people need to know that for breakfast you have to climb stairs, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

We do offer a shuttle via golf cart to an entrance avoiding stairs for people with mobility issues. There is signage in the lobby to notify guests of this service. Breakfast and scenery was 2nd to none.
Only problem we had was a shower didn’t drain for two whole days. After multiple attempts of calling the front desk I gave up. I was hoping to get a partial refund, but no one has gotten back with me.

I looked up your reservation and you did stay two nights with us but I'm not seeing where you informed us at any point during your stay about the shower not draining, had you let us know we would've been happy to have a member of our maintenance team come cleat the drain for you or moved you to a room you were more comfortable in. We do hope that you give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Did not have a good stay.. air would not work , bed was uncomfortable.. mold in bathroom and spiderwebs In corners of room .. stains on bed sheets .. pictures look nothing like the property outside seating area was moldy .. paid for 2 nights and left after the first they would not refund money for the night that I didn't stay .. very unpleaesed

You then stated the ac did not work. This was your only complaint until this review. I did go to the room after you departed and found the ac in perfect working order. The pictures in your review were not shown to me either. Had you discussed all of this in person with me while on the property I would have offered to move you to a room you were more comfortable with and addressed these issues. We are in the process of remodeling rooms and in hopes of being complete by spring of 2026. We are an older property but do our best to keep things fixed and in working order. When an issue comes about, we also do our best to remedy the issue quickly.
