Let’s start with the gentleman at the counter informed me there was another $50.00 deposit because I used the ******* App to make reservations and paid the balance through the app. Also to boot it would be put back on my card in 4-5 business days, like seriously I just paid $88 dollars on the app that came to $98.00 then another $50.00; now that $149.00 for a room in the hood. Oh and they got you by the naads because you have already paid on line and that non refundable so you can’t cancel and go somewhere else and now you have to give them another $50 dollars that they say will be back on your card in 4-5 days I’m sure I’ll have to call to get back. Sleep in you car, I’m sure you’ll have better accommodations.

Because I relative needed a smoking room this was the only option at the time but I wouldn't stay again

It was dirty in the bathroom toilet did not work. I have pictures there was roaches and cigarette, but in the room when I got there.

This property is basically a shelter for displace and homeless people. The caliber of people on the property made you feel really unsafe. Now the room smelled stale. It was dirty and poorly lit. The bed sheets were thoroughly stained with brown and blood looking remnants all the way through the mattress. The bathroom was cleaned up but toilet stained, build up around faucets and all the panels were dull and dirty. We did not sleep there we checked out after 1 hour and 45 mins. It was just terrible.

Perfect Stay in DC for Cowboy Carter
Decently close to Northwest Stadium and a metro station! Very walkable to nearby spots for food. The trip was already expensive so an affordable stay was much appreciated!

Have to wash my clothes immediately upon getting home because there were at least 3 little roaches in my room which means the property is infested. Not worth the money spent.

Wouldn’t stay again
The room has a smell to it and had white spots on the curtains very noise, blankets are very cheap and the ice make and only microwave is in the front office.
