Clean and beautiful
The hotel was clean and spotless, despite being on the older side. The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Though it wasn’t a hotel breakfast, the food was fresh and the area was clean.

There was a cat at the door. I had to call the office to get out of there because if I open the door that cat try to come in. Am scared of cats.

Check in was pleasant as we did come in late and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and looked like the online pictures except the fridge did not work, no kitchen utensils or pans to cook with and no coffee available nor anywhere on property. You get what you pay for, I guess. Overall it fit our needs on such a short notice. Thank you for accommodating us.

The receptionist at check was very lovely and informative, the room although smoke free still had an old smell to it, and had people lingering at night outside, it's inevitable to have a few people outside even when their business doesn't seem the best at places like here. Water pressure was decent and the amenities with the room were enough even just for an overnight stay or more

Overall, it was a okay experience, enough for a one night stay. The room was kind of clean. However, the bathroom needs more attention as well as the air conditioner in the room. It has a mold smell.

对于这个连锁酒店来说，这个价格很合理。
比附近的很多酒店都要好，离便利店远，干净，气氛好。
我们最初入住时，发现马桶座圈、马桶盖和马桶槽上都有血迹，没错，就是血迹。我去了办公室，他们来清理了。那位女士用马桶刷清洁了座圈，所以我不得不用Clorox 湿巾重新清洁。我们当时没有退房，因为希腊节附近到处都挤满了人，而我们人又很多。晚饭回来后，大家都安顿好房间，我姐姐在床单之间发现了脏兮兮的脚印，然后在另一张床上发现了虫子，没错，就是虫子。所以，当我们退房时，床单上有血迹、灰尘和污垢。当时已经是晚上 11 点，我们都筋疲力尽了，于是我们去了办公室退房并要求退款。店员起初说他是新来的，不知道怎么做，但他会确保经理处理好这件事。我们的孩子都累坏了，就相信了他的话，这样我们就可以找其他地方睡觉了。
我们最终不得不开车去加尔维斯顿找一家有房间的酒店。我联系了酒店和*******，但两家都拒绝为我和我妹妹退款。
我一直通过*******预订，对发生这样的事情感到非常愤慨。我们没有取消预订，也没有缺席，只是因为卫生条件极其恶劣而被迫离开。
我绝对不会推荐这家酒店或任何由同一个家族经营的酒店。
失望
锁门和开门都很困难。
安顿下来后，电视坏了。我们打电话给
Kevin，让他过来尝试修复。他花了将近30分钟才重置并重启电视。
我们本来想吃欧陆式早餐，但我9:45打电话过去，却被告知早餐9:30就结束了。又一次失望。
我上楼去拿咖啡，然后回到房间，发现他们已经把我们关了，我进不去。只好走回前台，前台想办法让我们回去。我们很多时间都浪费在了这些故障上。
