The elevator was having a problem, I got there at 3;on and room wasn’t ready but the staff was apologetic and kind. Shower needs to be upgraded. I didn’t like that there was no top sheet on the bed.

Great place, friendly staff. Nice and quiet only downside was elevator was broken that night and had to use stairs. Definitely would stay there again.

I HAD AN OVERNIGHT STAY AT HOMEWOOD SUITES AND IT WAS THE WORST STAY I EVER HAD. AT ANY HOTEL . FROM THE FIRST ENTRY IN THE HOTEL THE ELEVATORS WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK FOR EVERY MOVE WE MADE THIS HOTEL IS AN EMBARRASSMENT FOR THEM TO CARRY THE HILTON NAME. THERE WASN’T ANY ICE MACHINES ON ANY OF THE FLOORS ONLY THE 1ST FLOOR AND WE WASN’T INFORMED BEFORE WE REACH OUR ROOM SO ONCE AGAIN WE HAD TO CALL FOR ICE . THE HOTEL SEEMED LIKE IS WAS A HOTEL FOR THE HOMELESS. THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE . THE BEST THING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS WE COULD COOK IN THE ROOM . THE HOTEL HAD TOO MANY NEGATIVES AND NO POSITIVES. WE ALL HAVE A DISABILITY AND WE COULDN’T JUST WALK UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. AND THE DIRECTV SERVICE WAS NOT WORKING THEY TRIED TO FIX IT BUT IT KEPT SAYING CALL THE FRONT DESK. THAT WAS SO IRRITATING. SO WE JUST TURNED THE TV OFF. I WAS SO HAPPY IT WAS ONLY FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY THEY DIDN’T OFFER ANYTHING TO HELP THE SITUATION. ALL WAS SAID WAS SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. AND SORRY THAT THE ELEVATORS WAS WORKING PROPERLY. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. BESIDES THAT THE PARKING WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS OK NOT GREAT. THE STAFF WAS VERY APOLOGETIC BUT NOTHING COULD MAKE IT BETTER. WHEN YOU PAYING YOUR MONEY YOU DESERVE BETTER.

There were several problems with the televisions the bathroom and the accommodations I was given a sincere apologies for the inconvenience staff was very helpful and courteous and professional they told me to contact the travel agent that I booked with because the hotel reduced my cost by $83 I was told to contact ******* to get my refund of $83 back please help assist with this matter

酒店很干净,房间也很大。办理入住的速度比较慢,但总的来说员工很友善。酒店位置离市区较远,所以除非你正好要去周边县城办事,否则这里可能不太方便,因为它远离繁华地带。床很舒适,早餐也不错。这家酒店可能更适合自驾游客。步行距离内有足够的杂货店、咖啡馆和餐馆。只是打优步去大西洋城会很贵。
