First off the night staff was good but they couldn’t fix issues. I come to a room that had never been locked. It was wide open with a smell. Then the television didn’t work. Night staff came up to try to see if it could be fixed but it couldn’t. He said he didn’t have another available room at my price range to accommodate. So sad that I get a bad experience but no upgrade for less than 7 hours I was going to be there. Horrible experience and not worth what I paid. I deserve a refund for this stay due to all the issues.

I asked a breakfast lady for cream cheese and she was we don’t get a lot of food for breakfast and send me complain in the front desk very unpleasant and she continues talking to her coworkers :-(

The place was clean. We reserved for 4 adults and they provided us with only 3 bath towels so I had to use a hand towel. When I went down to ask for more towels, they made me go get the used ones before I could get the fourth one owed to our reservation. Breakfast was extremely sparse to gone. Many guests came within the serving time and had little to no options. When asking for them to get more milk DURING serving hours for cold cereal, they acted like they had to get permission and grudgingly agreed.

We found a LIVE cockroach in the shower, black mold on the ceiling above the shower and the towels had long black hairs. I’m a redhead. Not mine! The sheets were pillled and rough on the skin. In the corner of the bedroom ceiling was a spider web with a dead moth. Just not very clean.

We arrived to find used towels, obvious hairs in the shower, and leftover trash in the trash can. Staff was nice enough, but the unclean state of the room was off-putting.

The staff is not helpful. I called for a heavy blanket and she told me I needed to come and get it myself.
I walked up to the desk, only to be told there were none, and maybe they were in the washer. She could not leave the front desk, and also there were no other staff on the premises. This occurred around 6pm CST.
I had another issue with booking my room, but that's for another day.
