Check in was very unwelcoming and cold. Had to call front desk at 12:00 to ask noise to be controlled. He told me there is nothing he can do about it. Check out I sat key down and said thank you and he didn’t say a word. All the exterior lights in parking lot and building were out not very safe.

Not Good
We were told by Manager they had a side Bed for A Baby amd when we got there the Worker said didnt had Any that the Manager was new and Didnt know.
Water was Dirty from Faulcet.

Do Better, Be Better
When you turn the bathroom light on the sound of the vent was very loud, the toilet was too low, the bathroom door keep hitting up against the wall and the cloth chair in the room was VERY STAINED😬

stay was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and staf very friendly. We stayed there 5 days. Housekeeping was very accomodating and took care of our needs. Breakfast was ok-not much variety. Scrambled eggs and sausage one day and scrambled eggs and taco meat the next. That alternated every day. On another note breakfast during week was 6-9 am, however on check out morning, it was not available. We just wanted coffee for the road and at 6:30 Saturday morning breakfast/coffee was not available. not sure of breakfast hours for weekend but it was disappointing

Walked in to a very hot room. The A/C should have been turned on hours ahead of check-in. It felt as though it had been turned on minutes before we walked in. Not good.

I didn’t realize that I needed to request ADA specifications. Our room had some issues. My wife uses a wheeled walker and it was difficult to maneuver in the bathroom. Also the tub had no anti slip in the bottom. I even had to be very careful taking a shower.
