Pool and jacuzzi are closed with a sign that states “closed due allegations “ The whole point of renting this hotel was for a relaxing day at the pool and jacuzzi.Clogged toilet, sewage smell in room when we got here The room was dirty, with dirty dishes in the cabinets and the oven. Ice machines were broken. The spare bed had no Linens or pillows and was dirty with red stains Trash in the trash can in kitchen and on the floor from previous guest, black mold under sink
And carpet was ripped on threshold of bedroom floor causing a tripping hazard. We had to book and stay another night and were charged over 100.$ I won’t stay here again. It’s gross and it’s unhealthy with the black mold. Overheard another guest raising hell over finding a dead rat in the microwave in his room and black mold. I guess I have that to be thankful for, not finding a dead rat in the microwave’.

I had to yell for over 5 minutes to get someone to the front desk to check me in. This was during the day and it looked like I had woken up the front desk associate.
Almost all bathroom tiles were missing the grout in between and moved as you walked on them.
Door looked like someone tried to break in and the top lock was completely missing.
Shower curtain didn’t stay closed as shower rod was bent.

The room itself was so rundown I tried to find another hotel but everything was booked so had no choice but to stay.
It was however, clean. So very thankful for that. Never had my room cleaned and stayed for five days so I brought down my towels to the front desk and they happily gave me more.
The body, shampoo and conditioner are in the shower attached to the wall, and they were empty, although I did ask to get refilled, they never were.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Grateful for that every morning!

It was a pretty decent stay. Our room smelled like cat pee as soon as we walked in. I requested some form of air freshener and there was none available. The smell completely permeated the whole room even after candles were lit.

I usually have a great experience when i use ******* but this comfort inn was very disappointing. The room i rented i did not get. I rented a king size bed with a jacuzzi in it. They put me in a queen size bed suite without a jacuzzi. The carpets were wet and dirity and the room was so humid that the a/c was not able to help it. We told the hotel staff and the switched rooms but it was the exact same way. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and not vey comfortable at all. I originally rented for two nights but we check out after the first night. It seemed as if the owner is maintaining this hotel on the cheap. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend. Room not cleaned properly, floor dirty, nightstand had something sticky on it, toilet cracked, fire sprinkler was covered with plastic.
