Something minor but couldn't get the tv to work. Two different clerks attempted to help. Went the whole stay with no tv. The next morning went to front office to tell them about the issue and instead of the frint desk manager just simply saying I will get maintenance to check it. She tells me it was my error. Well what was the excuse for the two workers that couldn't help me get it going. She said one of them was new and didn't know what the problem was with the other clerk. She had a nasty disposition not fit for management. No disrespect to any profession but with her attitude she needs to be in the back washing dishes. Maintenance came
and was able to see exactly what the issue was
He was quiet helpful but too late as it was just a one night stay. Respect goes a long way and in order to get it you definitely have to have sense enough to give it.

Our room was very clean, the office staff was very helpful and kind. The cleaning staff always made time to ask if we needed anything. Hotel is quite, clean and everyone very pleasant.

Room was a lot better than we were expecting to be honest. Only complaint is the bathroom smelled like someone smoked in it previously even though it was a no smoking room. Besides that check in was super easy and staff was friendly.

Great stay but horrible staff
When I walked I didn’t get a good vibe. The guy setting behind the plexiglass didn’t say a word to me or acknowledge me until I started talking. Luckily the parking lot was well lit, the rooms were very nice, clean, the AC worked great, the shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. They just need to work on the front desk staff.

Ac was great, did not partake of breakfast. For a wyndham, I expected more. At least a few more pkgs for coffee, plastic spoons, forks etc to eat with. Bed linens are burned, with large holes. Just a few small details would increase the rating I gave.
