Easy access to the property- plenty of parking- clise to mcdonalds and walmart- has a small outdoor pool- individual room ac's- the only issue we had was our room key being shut off after being out of the room for 10 hours, even though we had a three day reservation. we had to go back to the office to have it reactivated to get back in our room.

Budget hotel with awesome customer service
Only spent one night while traveling. We chose this budget hotel for price and location, and it fulfilled both criteria. Staff was friendly and room was clean, and it had a nice tv. It was quiet despite being by the highway.
Also, our original reservation was on an upper floor with no elevator, and the clerk, noticing that we were older, immediately offered to switch us to a better accommodation on the ground floor for the same price! Awesome!

You will over pay every time.
Gnats in the room. Frdige was leaking. A/C gave off a weird odor.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Modestly furnished but totally sufficient for an overnight stay. Very small bathroom.

If your looking for cheap and cheerful for a night then this is ideal, a litfle bates motel-esque, but beds are bloody huge, its clean and worth the money a little dated but again you get what u pay for !!! Quite close to the local fast food places, and near a massive walmart!!

Most horrible place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend to even my worst enemy. The couple that runs this establishment are just awful and will do anything to keep your deposit.

We appreciate your valuable feedback as it helps us identify the areas we can improve the guest experience. As far as deposit is cornered, We take 50 deposit for any incidentals in the room and it is fully refundable. For your stay, we noticed that you booked non smoking room and we found the substances that we do not allow in non smoking room or smoking room at all. For that reason we had to charge the deposit and also we have signs everywhere including front lobby and in the room. So i hope it is clear why we charge the deposit.

The room was spacious and only issue was above the bathroom door it look like somebody threw something up there like throw up or poops pee or something and it was disgusting looking. Continental breakfast was it what you would expect it was some mini muffins juice and coffee and glazed rolls and I was running like some cereal or something they didn't have none of that.
