The room was just okay. It wasn’t fully clean when we walked in, hair in the sink and on the floor around the sink… not just a couple either, quite a bit. There was also something mildewy growing on the bathroom wall behind the toilet. The remote didn’t work for one of the TV’s and Maintenance had to come fix it, then our room keys kept de-programming. Of 3 keys, by the end of the trip only one worked. Super frustrating, but nothing we could do about it except go back down to the front desk to have them reprogrammed again.
Just not what we’re used to. Also, there’s a $10/day parking fee that they don’t tell you about, so we ended up paying more than we originally thought we were.

Room was spacious. Cleaning is done every other day. Enjoyed breakfast. Make your own waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes and more. Friendly staff.

Clean room, courteous staff.
House keeping was not very responsive - we asked for a water kettle and never got it. Also we wanted our room cleaned and beddings changed after our first night but was told house keeping was only every other day. Since we booked only two nights, we went went without having any.

That’s ridiculous you have to pay the parking fee…
Should hire more professional team at the front desk, the front desk person is a face of a whole hotel. If someone greets you kindly and nicely the whole stay would be pleasing, otherwise you would want to leave the space right away..
The breakfast ladies were very nice and polite.

We checked in after 12am and the front desk person was exceptional in her welcoming manner and friendliness!
Only issue was that under the kitchen sink had a full garbage bin from previous occupants - it didn’t bother me at all but other guests may be put off by it.

我不推荐这家酒店。设施和位置都很不错,房间宽敞且相当新。然而,我们入住时没有检查房间:马桶和洗手池堵塞了,垃圾桶也没清理。前台人员不太礼貌,也没有为这些问题道歉。我们住了三天,他们竟然忘了打扫房间和更换毛巾。总而言之,这次住宿体验并不愉快。
