HVAC was a little noisy. Breakfast was below average. Eggs were cold. Everthing else was OK for a comped breakfast.

Good Place to Stay
My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have any major problems. It’s nothing fancy, but I didn’t expect it to be. The room did feel a little bit damp. I didn’t have any issues checking in or checking out, and they have a well-lit parking lot. I didn’t go to the breakfast or use any of the on-site amenities, but overall I had a good stay.

Checking in later in the evening was disappointing. Non smoking room smelled very smoky and ac would not cool down room. Hassle to change rooms, but finally a room became free when we had decided to leave. Available room was not cleaned prior to entry. Had to change out bedding and get new towels.
Once room situation was resolved the remainder or of the stay went well. Morning staff great at keeping breakfast refilled.

Booked thus hotel for two college students in our PTK chapter; both said they appreciated the niceness of the hotel and proximity to their event at Temple College.
