I do apologize that the chemical smell from our cleaning chemicals was a little too strong for your liking for your original room, which is why we were more than happy to accommodate you with another room despite being completely sold out of the type that you were staying in for that particular night. We want to ensure that every guest's stay is enjoyable and comforting, which is why we were, and are, completely happy to help at all times. I also want to apologize for the issues you were experiencing with your toilet. I was unaware of the situation otherwise it would've been taken care of immediately, as we here at Comfort take the needs of our guests very seriously and understand the importance of an accurately working commode. As for the internet and television issues you briefly experienced, I apologize for any inconvenience that may have brought to you and your family during the time it was down. I attempted to contact Spectrum on more than one occasion, however I was unable to contact anyone thanks to them receiving a high influx of calls at the same time. It appeared as if Spectrum themselves were having an area wide outage, but thankfully they were able to get everything back into working order with only minimal downtime.We here at Comfort Suites, Buda, hope to be able to host you again soon to attempt to make up for the things that made this past stay with us less than comfortable for you and your family.
