Definitely wouldn’t book here again. Carpet all throughout the hotel & rooms which had dark stains. Looks dirty. 1 room had looked like a dried blood stain on the sheets. Moved rooms to a room that smelled like smoke when I originally booked a nonsmoking room. Light breakfast was available.

The room is defiinitely neglected. The bathroom was disgusting- tub not clean, vents full of stuff, floor in bathroom in corners caked with dirt and dirt on floor around toilet. Shower curtain mildewed. The outside of tun and all walls need a deep scrub. You cam tell the ealls have mot wiped off in a long time. The pool has been closed for 2 years. This is false advertising. The pictures must be from a different hotel. After seeing the bathroom- we could not eat there. If thats how bathroom looks i can only imagine how the food prep area looks. I stay at country Inn and suites but after this… I womt ne staying with CI&S again. This really needs to be corrected. I think we were the only ones in the hotel. There were no cars in parking lot😱😳

The bed felt like a baby elephant, had nested in the middle of it. Some of the molding was falling off the wall inside my room. It looked like my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned recently.

Nice staff helpful. Bed comfy. Hotel hallway could use some remodeling with carpet & bathroom needs remodeled, tile around mirror needs fixed.

The staff was great, the problem was with the actual room. The vent in the bathroom didnt work, the bathtub had small pieces of hair here and there..and it was rust or something brown on the ceiling. I do have videos and pictures.
