Room was clean, and smelled nice. Check in took only a few moments, and the staff was friendly.
The halls were quiet, heat worked, water had pressure and was plenty hot enough. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very easy and amiable check-in and the hotel was very clean and comfortable!
Only things that could have improved the stay would be TV wasn't a smart TV, so couldn't sign into my streaming, and mini-fridge wasn't very cold and didn't have a freezer section to put my freezer pack in in order to re-freeze for the next day's trip.

There were tiny cockroaches in our bathroom, the bathtub would fill up as you shower, the refrigerator did not get cold, the bed sheets were rough from pilling, there was a 3 inch brown spot on the window curtain, the ice bucket had a hole in the bottom and leaked water with the liner and there were fingernail trimmings in the sink tray. There was nowhere to hang a towel so you just grab in from the towel seat. The room was in terrible condition.

There was black mold under the bed. We moved the bed before check out to check for our 1 year olds toys and discovered copious amounts of black mold on the floor boards and the skirting boards. Absolutely unacceptable especially as our 1 year old slept in that room.
