The first room wasn't even cleaned bed unmaid. The second room and food in the drawer and cockroaches. We left and didn't stay.

This hotel is located on I-35 in an area of several hotels. As a more discount hotel it is a great value for short stays. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was better-than-average and enjoyable. The building and furniture shows some wear but it appears updating and remodeling is underway.

Room was clean, bathroom could have been a little cleaner, previous tenant's hair on shower walls and on toilet.

Checkin and out was good. Breakfast was ok.parking area well lit. Water pressure wasnt very good and beds ok. Rooms were clean and ac worked good.

Stopped serving breakfast too early. Should serve till 10. At 8:30 there was only one sausage patty. Parking was good.

房间很干净，但淋浴间的密封条有些剥落，需要清洁一下。WiFi有问题，连上电视后显示无网络，即使我输入了密码并且手机显示已连接也一样。
接待人员态度恶劣，客户服务很差。
最糟糕的服务是在接待处为我们服务的那位女士，服务非常差，非常专横。
